Runners Take Your Mark, Get Set...GO!!!

Griffin competed in "First in Fitness" today, running a one mile race. He qualified during the Presidential Physical Fitness testing, and was Baileywick Elementary School's entry for the 4th grade boys.

He finished 6th, out of a field of 23, with an official time of 6'37", though his Mom swears that her stopwatch was correct at 6'33".... 

Erin's birthday began a little early, with a trip to "Rock & Roll
Tattoo and Piercing. She had been waiting until she was 12 to
have her ears repierced (she'd had a bad experience the first
time), and was very excited. And very brave. The hypodermic
needles came out and she was a bit nervous, but later described
it as "a mosquito bite."

Later, she had a slumber party with some of her best buds....
